Throughout the study, he has been posted to various healthcare institutions, be it government or private sector. These placements included many different disciplines such as medical, surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology as well as anaesthesiology. He graduated with a medical degree with honor after completing few final placements in Melbourne, Australia.

She graduated from Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare College and had experienced placement in the Emergency & Trauma Department at Hospital Tunku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang. Her vast real-life clinical experience in the matter of life and death has to flame her explanation skills in tackling intuitive participants.

With the passion in the medical field, she started to build-up herself by joining a team of Medical Claim executives. From this experience, she was exposed further into the other aspect of medical issues pertaining to insurance claiming. Coming from a field of medical background, she saw the importance of the preparedness whilst facing the emergency. She instilled in herself that she would be part of those who will help others in health and medical emergencies someday. It’s not long before her passion grows into a more clear direction which is to share the need of someone to always be safe and be able to prevent an emergency from getting worse that causing afterward burden to life. Therefore, Ms. Ummul Maisarah then challenged herself to be a certified First Aid Trainer and with the Academy of Safety and Emergency Care, she achieved her growing dream and she never looked back since.

The adrenaline rush that he felt at that critical moment has become the triggering point when it sparked an enormous interest in life-saving skills afterwards. After being certified as a first aider from a class that he attended, an opportunity opened up and he decided to become a trainer and share his experience with others. Beginning with an unexpected resuscitation incident, he challenged himself to rise further when he was finally certified with flying colours as a First Aid Trainer under the Trainer Certification Programme (TCP) conducted by the Academy of Safety and Emergency Care.
